Product Registration

Product registration is an important step toward enjoying your new Oceanic Product. Registering helps us facilitate warranty service, and permit us to contact you should your product require an update or other service.


Please retain your original dated sales receipt for your records. For warranty service of your Oceanic Product you will need to provide a copy of your dated sales receipt obtained from an Authorized Oceanic Dealer to confirm warranty status. 

When purchasing online at Oceanicworldwide.com, your packing slip, sent with your shipment, serves as a receipt. If you purchased Oceanic product through an Authorized Oceanic Dealer, their receipt serves as your proof of purchase.

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.

To request an exchange, please contact Customer Support at service@huishoutdoors.com. We’ll place a new order for your desired item and we’ll waive the standard shipping costs. You will be charged for this order when it ships and once we receive your return, your refund will be processed.

 “Oceanic for Life” Program

The Oceanic for Life Program offers FREE annual maintenance parts for as long as you own your Oceanic regulator and maintain the terms specified below. This program applies to all Oceanic Regulators purchased and serviced through an Authorized Dealer.  Register your product and you are automatically enrolled in the program. There is no additional charge for this program.

This program allows for parts to be provided at no charge for as long as the owner maintains the terms specified below. Individual dealer participation in this program is voluntary. A dealer is only obligated to honor service agreements that they have issued. Any Authorized Oceanic Dealer may, at their option, honor a service agreement issued by another dealer.

All products must be inspected and/or serviced by an authorized Oceanic Service Technician.

All labor fees incurred in overhaul service are the responsibility of the owner of the product serviced. This includes, but is not limited to inspection, overhaul or other services performed.

To maintain the program, you must show proof of authorized service within the specified warranty period (outlined below). This agreement is null and void if service is not performed within the specified warranty period. 

This Oceanic for Life program is non-transferable and valid for the life of the original owner.

This agreement, and Oceanic' liability, is limited to the replacement parts. Oceanic makes and customer receives no other warranties or conditions on parts provided by Oceanic, express, implied, statutory, or in any communication with customer, and Oceanic specifically disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, In no event will Oceanic be liable for lost profits, punitive, exemplary, incidental, consequential or special damages. In any event, Oceanic' liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the original equipment.

The Oceanic for Life program does not apply to, and Oceanic will have no obligation to replace, parts with defects or damage caused by misuse, accident, external causes, or installation error.

Warranty Details


Oceanic guarantees, to the original purchaser only, that the metal valve and metal components used in Oceanic regulators purchased are free of defects in material and/or workmanship under normal recreational scuba use for the lifetime of the regulator, provided proper care and maintenance have been performed as prescribed by the owner’s guide or instruction card included with the equipment, and that the regulator is:

  1. Purchased from an Authorized Oceanic Dealer.
  2. Inspected or serviced annually by an Authorized Oceanic Dealer as outlined in the LIFETIME PARTS REPLACEMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT. ONLY products purchased from Authorized Oceanic Dealers are eligible for ANY warranty or service program coverage. Products not purchased from an authorized source MAY NOT be authentic, be complete, have all design and production updates, meet Oceanic' performance and quality standards, and may have been tampered with.

Oceanic guarantees, to the original purchaser only, that the equipment purchased is free of defects in material and/or workmanship under normal recreational scuba use, provided proper care and maintenance have been performed as prescribed by the owner's guide or instruction card included with the equipment for the period outlined below. Should this product prove to be defective for any reason (other than those listed as limitations below) the product will be serviced or replaced at Oceanic' sole discretion at no charge (excluding shipping and handling).

This warranty shall be void if the equipment has been tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by Oceanic to perform service, or if the equipment is used for rental, military or commercial purposes.


Warranty does not extend to cover theft, loss, or damage due to accident, abuse, tampering, lack of maintenance, or exposure to excessive temperature, extended sunlight, or deteriorating chemicals. Service or modifications by any person or persons other than an Authorized Oceanic Dealership voids the warranty. Oceanic will not be responsible for recovery or replacement of the product in the event of loss or theft. Oceanic, it’s Authorized International Distributors, and Authorized Dealers make no other warranties, either expressed or implied, orally, or in writing, with respect to any other warranty coverage except those expressly stated within the preceding paragraphs. Oceanic will not be held responsible for any agreements orally or in writing with the exception of those expressly included in this warranty statement. This statement and the terms contained herein supersede all statements contained in any and all owner's guides, instruction cards, or other equipment literature or catalogs. In no event will Oceanic, its Authorized International Distributors, and Authorized Dealers be held responsible or liable for any personal injuries resulting from the use of the covered equipment, or for any other damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential; even if Oceanic has been advised of such damages.
