Shipping and Return Policy

Free Shipping offers Free FedEx Ground shipping in the 48 contiguous states of the USA on all orders $199 and over, and in Canada on all orders over $250. Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah.


At Oceanic Worldwide, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Orders received by 1:00pm MST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders received after 1:00pm MST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).


We offer FedEx Express Saver (typically 3-day delivery time) and FedEx Standard Overnight.

FedEx Ground shipping will typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).


If you are not satisfied with your Oceanic Worldwide product(s) you can return your purchase, but please note the following:

  • Items purchased online at must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • All returns must include original packaging with tags and/or labels, even if the product has been used.
  • Documents: An original receipt or order number must be submitted to complete the return process.
  • Items purchased at a physical retailer or on a third-party website cannot be returned through and must be returned to the original point of purchase (subject to the point of purchase return policy).


Go to the Oceanic Worldwide Return Form, and complete the information requested. The link to the return form can also be found on your order confirmation email. Shipping instructions will also included in your confirmation email.

  1. A Return Authorization number (RA #) will be issued once you have completed and submitted the return form.
  2. Print your original receipt and write the RA # on the receipt.
  3. Package up your item securely and include the receipt and RA# inside the package.


Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and process your credit (excluding original shipping fees) within 1-2 business days. Huish Outdoors is not responsible for items lost in transit.


An Enhanced Return Merchandise Authorization (e-RMA) is required for all returns. Our e-RMA system located at is available 24/7. E-RMA requests will be processed by the end of the next business day. You will need to create an account or login to request an e-RMA number, or to check the status of any/all returns.

Please have the following information ready:

  • Model name of item being returned
  • Part Number of replacement item (if known – not required)
  • Reason for returning item
  • Item’s serial number (if available – not required)
  • Type of service being requested
  • Warranty status of item(s)
  • Original date of purchase and/or last serviced (Required if under warranty)
  • Name of dealer where purchased or last serviced (if under warranty)
  • Requested date of return for rush processing (if required)
  • Digital copy of purchase receipt to attach to the RMA (Required if under warranty)
