VTX Quality AlertA manufacturing defect which could result in VTX dive computers flooding has been identified within a specific serial number range of VTX Personal Dive Computers. It has been determined that this was due to an issue in the tolerances between the housing port and the shaft of the buttons. No reports of incidents or injuries have been reported.

dvt Oceanic has received isolated reports of DVT assemblies using a specific batch of DVT plungers extruding. Testing and analysis indicates that this occurs when the First Stage is only partially depressurized prior to the removal from the cylinder. Back pressure from the instrument console could cause the DVT Plunger to extrude.
