Have owned the OC1 for almost 2 years now. I wear it every day, even when not diving. It is a great looking time piece, in addition to being a fantastic computer. It has stood up to every day abuse (I run a farm, not a desk) and still performs flawlessly. More importantly, I am incredibly impressed with Oceanic's service. A year ago I needed a battery as I was leaving for a dive trip. Availability was an issue at that moment in time but when Oceanic understood my need, they stepped up and made it happen with lightning speed. Just recently, I sent the OC1 in for standard service. The rep I spoke with was absolutely great to deal with and the computer was fully serviced and returned in a little over a week. Wow!! -

As a very new diver (I'm doing my referral dives this week) I did a whole lot of research on the web regarding wrist computers. A few of the reviews made me hesitant with people saying that this computer was too complicated for a beginner. After consulting several people I decided to purchase the OC1 unit and went through the available online course before my confined water dives. It may seem complicated but as you learn the terminology and the basics of diving the computer becomes extremely self explanatory and very simple in its use. I will definitely be a very loyal user of this great piece of essential safety equipment. I may even buy a 2nd one as a backup! -
