UNIVERSITY OF OCEANIC TECHNICAL SERVICE SEMINARS
Improved service quality leads to improved customer satisfaction and a deeper customer loyalty to the dealer and the product. The University of Oceanic technical service seminar is a comprehensive, hands-on technical repair seminar covering all aspects of servicing and supporting Oceanic equipment. Each attendee will learn new practical techniques, regardless of their work experience.

Technicians must have attended our Full Technical Service Seminar or Annual Update within the last two years. Covers improvements to existing products, service procedures, and warranty programs, as well as a roundtable discussion. (Will include the EOS and NEO second stages).
